If you are reading this page you are probably a nerd (in a good way (I promise)).
I am a research assistant for two labs in the NYU Physics Department: the Center for Soft Matter Research with Professor David Grier and the Center for Quantum Phenomena with Professor Emily Davis. Additionally, I work for Professor Magued Iskander in the Civil Engineering Department.
In the Grier lab group, I study acoustical trapping systems involving non-reciprocal pair interactions between particles.
In the Davis Lab group, I am helping build MOT (magneto-optical trapping) coils as part of a project to entangle, control, and detect individual strontium atoms.
At the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, I conduct research in the Iskander Lab on viscous projectile systems, improving the detection accuracy of unexploded ordnances (UXOs) and determining burial depths across varying soil compositions
I also undertake fun personal projects! Check them out.
